Matt Doud

Matt is an early-stage Co-founder, Coach, and Fractional COO in the Kansas City Metro Area where he lives with his wife Stephanie and their three children, Nash, Keaton, and Ezri. When he’s not working, you’ll find him on an adventure with his family, on the golf course with his buddies, or in the basement messing around on the drums or piano. 

In his 20s, Matt had the opportunity to work as a caddy at Pebble Beach Golf Club in Carmel, CA. It was there that he first realized how much he loved the role of advisor and coach. Once his caddying days were done, he began to seek out ways to use those skills professionally. Initially, he put his Westmont College Economics and Business degree to use when he became a financial advisor in Portland, OR. Then in 2013, he co-founded the residential mortgage software company, Pre-Approve Me, where he served as COO. 

These days, Matt enjoys coming alongside visionary Founders and CEOs to help them run their businesses more effectively, scale them up for success, and find the freedom they always hoped their business would provide. Matt loves working with big thinkers and growth-minded leaders ready to take their businesses to the next level.
