Mark Morgan

Mark Morgan founded Peripety Solutions** and serves as the Executive Pastor at Grace Fellowship in Paradise, TX. He has been married for 26 years and is the proud father of six children. With over 21 years of full-time ministry experience, Mark is passionate about helping individuals, churches, and organizations discover their true God-given identity and realize their full potential.

Mark’s career began with 11 years in the marketplace, where he excelled in sales and volunteer ministry leadership roles before transitioning into full-time ministry at Fellowship Church in Grapevine, TX. As part of the Executive Leadership Team, Mark launched campuses, led spiritual development, and was the Executive Director of Allaso Ranch Camp and Retreat Center. He has been in Executive leadership roles at three different churches, ranging in attendance from 200 to 25,000 and varying styles and structures.

With a background in Business Administration and Accounting from Grace College, Mark brings a unique blend of strategic insight and ministry experience to his work, including more than 11 years of consulting churches.
